The Master Image

Your Master Image is the digital file that represents every print that you make. This is your original, your negative, whether it's digital or analog. Use the Lightroom Plugin or upload your Master image online to PhotoWorkflo. This feature provides an additional cloud backup of your most important images, and contains the keywords necessary to allow your work to be discovered on your public PhotoWorkflo portfolio page.

Print Inventory and Public Portfolio Page

Your print inventory is the bread and butter of your business. Maintain accurate records about your prints, editions, print locations and framing status. Managing your print inventory in one place allows you to manage all the day-to-day requests for your work, create customizable reports for exhibitions, condition reports and inventory requests. Plan and manage your editions and pricing with ease. Use QR codes* to quickly and easily track print status and location.

Choose images you want to share publicly on your artist portfolio page. Provide your artist statement, biography, links to other sites and profile image. Keywords attached to your images will allow your work to be easily discovered in the PhotoWorkflo search engine.

Activity Preparation and Tracking

Artists can now collect in one place, the images and related documents submitted to juried shows, festivals, residencies, publications and more. Keep track of which images are accepted or declined, and track any related press or awards. The calendar* displays important dates, and sends email reminders* so you don't miss a deadline.

With your master images in your inventory, it is easy to enter the call's image size requirements, select the appropriate documents such as CV, artist statement and bio. PhotoWorkflo will resize your images to those specifications and zip the images and documents to download for ease of submission. This means no more wondering which documents or images you sent, or in what folder they are located.
